This week we learned the skills needed for preparing lemon juice/garlic as well as the important skills of chopping safely with the correct techniques and peeling. 

We also explored shadows and generated hypotheses about them that we could test. These included, 'Transparent objects create shadows' and 'The lower the angle of the light source, the longer the shadow'. Pupils worked in small groups to test their hypothesis - like true scientists!
