In our English lessons we have been looking at 'The Plague in Eyam'. Children have been looking at our sentence stacking lessons where pupils have had to ask questions and describe the swellings and rashes.
In our grammar lessons we have looked at using a or an in sentences identifying which one to use correctly.
In Maths, we have been continuing our learning with fractions where we have been converting improper fractions to mixed numbers using our timetables knowledge to support our learning.
In PSHE, we have been discussing memories and reasons as to why we may no longer see someone. As part of this lesson, the children had an image of Tammy, who was a dog that Jigsaw Jaz had sadly lost due to an illness. The children had to design something for Jigsaw Jaz to put in a memory box that gave him a memory of Tammy.
