In English, we looked at a play called 'The Plague comes to Eyam'. Pupils had the opportunity to explore and research Eyam as well as act out the play script. Pupils had to discuss the shapes in the play script and identify them.
In PSHE, we began our topic on relationships and pupils discussed what jealousy is and the reasons behind why somebody may be jealous. Pupils had scenarios where they discussed ways to problem-solve situations and manage jealousy so it doesn’t result in unhelpful behaviour.
In Maths, we looked at equivalent fractions, counting beyond one and looking at understanding the relationship between division and multiplication with fractions.
In R.E we looked at our new enquiry question, which was 'What is the best way for a Buddhist to lead a good life?' In groups, pupils shared ideas in different situations about the different choices people could make and the consequences of their actions.
