Autumn 2 - Week 6
Another busy week full of Christmas cheer. The pupils had a great time at our Christmas lunch, where we enjoyed a lovely lunch altogether to celebrate Christmas. We have created Christmas crafts and cards alongside our own Christmas place mats. We attended the Christmas Pantomime, and it was a wonderful experience for all. We also attended our Christmas church service, with some performances from our choir and other classes.

In Science, we completed an assessment piece focussing on the life cycle of a plant where we had to use scientific vocabulary such as germination, seed dispersal and pollination.
In Geography, we looked at identifying reasons for the location of settlements where children designed their own and gave reasons as to why they had chosen that settlement.
In Maths, we continued looking at addition and subtracting, reminding ourselves how to use the column method and ensuring that we exchange when needed.
