This week winter had certainly begun with a sprinkling of snow and temperatures below 0, so we took advantage of this at Forest School and had lots of fun in the snow!

 Forest School looked very beautiful in the snow.

We had lots of fun with the sledge, experimenting with the snow, painting the snow and making snowmen!

We looked at footprints in the snow and identified lots of different kinds of animals we thought had visited.

We also did some inside activities, like identifying different kinds of British birds and what colours they were, making bird feeders, making snowflakes, bird spotting and lots more.
