This week has been a busy week, with pupils also completing their summer assessments.

In Geography, we started our unit of work on Japan. The pupils learnt about the four small islands and located these on a map alongside Tokyo and Mount Fuji.

In History, we have been continuing our learning about The Stuarts, where this week's lessons focussed on Oliver Cromwell and the 'moral laws' he introduced. The pupils had to create lists based on the things that made him a hero and the things that made him a tyrant.

In English, we wrote an independent write focussed on 'The Plague of Eyam'
